Do you know that
the library is going to celebrate Flag Day with a very special story time
Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m. Then
Thursday afternoon at 5:00 p.m., we have a free computer class at 10am, entitled
“The Apps in Your Hand”. Come and learn how to download and use applications
for your Android smartphone /tablet and your iPhone/iPad. On Friday afternoon, starting
at 2:00 p.m., we will offer a free
computer class on “Word Processing”. Free computer class are provided through our
Capital One Grant. Still much more is in store for June. Check it out at www.pittsburglibrary.org.

The Friends of
the Library are actively selling tickets for their fundraiser? Tickets are
$5.00 each for a drawing for a Kindle Fire. The drawing is in August. Proceeds will
go toward special projects at the Public Library.
