Friends of the Library sponsor "SPINTASTICS" program on Tuesday, June 26th at 3 p.m.


          The Friends of the Library will sponsor our next big program, “Spintastics”, on Tuesday, June 26th at 3:00 pm.  This will be an afternoon performance demonstrating the spinning arts of yo-yos and spin tops featuring Valerie Oliver, Professional Yo-Yo and Spin Top Champion.
Do you know the library offers all kinds of programs free to the public? The library is having Senior Movie Time on Thursday, June 21st at 2:00 pm.  This week’s free computer classes are “Email Essentials”, Thursday, June 21st at 5-7 p.m.  and “Facebook”, Friday, June 22nd at 2-4 p.m.  Check out all the activities on our Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/pittsburglibrary.
The Friends of the Library are actively selling tickets for their fundraiser.  Tickets are $5.00 each for a drawing for a Kindle Fire. The drawing is in August. Proceeds will go toward special projects at the Public Library.
