ECO Offers Low-Cost Computers & Broadband Service The Connected Texas "Every Community Online" program is  building steam! Our partnership with the Texas State Library is  now offering both low-cost  computers and broadband  service to people who complete  the self-paced training courses!

Texans who complete the free computer skills training  and fill out a post-training survey can qualify to purchase  a low-cost refurbished computer for as little as $119.00  and home broadband service for as low as $10.00 a month  anywhere that it is available. The Connected Texas ECO program is offered in partnership  with the Texas State Library.
