According to the Texas Secretary of State website, the LAST DAY to REGISTER TO VOTE for the November 6, 2012 GENERAL ELECTION is Tuesday, October 9, 2012. If you have never registered to vote, now is the time. Voter Registration Applications are available at the Library. The Presidential election will be here before you know it and you must be registered 30 days prior to the election. You may use this form if you need to register, renew or make changes on your current voter registration. Pick one up today and get it turned in. Gale Burns, with the Camp County Voter Registration office, says the applications may be mailed in or turned in by hand, but they must be in their office 30 days prior to the election to allow for processing.
