4th annual Friends of the Library 5K Fun Run Walk or Crawl this Saturday!

The 4th annual Friends of the Library 5K Fun Run Walk or Crawl is here. Sign up to run, walk or crawl 3.1 miles on September 17, 2011 at City Park on Texas Street. All proceeds are used for the Public Library. We need your help to make this successful. Did you know the library offers low cost advanced computer classes as well as free basic computer literacy classes? Currently, Friday mornings 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m., for only $10, you can get individualized help on specific programs and projects you are working on. We are considering a Saturday morning class for October. Let us know if you are interested. Bring your own laptop or use one of our netbooks for this class. Call 903.856.3302 to reserve your seat.
