Your library has great volunteers, services, and programs - check them out!

If you get a chance, stop by the library and see our holiday bulletin boards and decorations.  Our decorating volunteers, Morris and Patsy Capps and Steve and Ticket Slinkard have done an outstanding job getting us in the holiday spirit.

The library hosts story time every Thursday afternoon at 4pm. Bring your children by to enjoy these special times. Our story time volunteers, Kristina Stevenson and Lois Hollins from Living Green Baptist Church love spending time with your children.

Are you researching your family's history? Help is available at the library on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays from 9am-3pm. Our genealogy volunteers Bette Holcomb, Glenda Kinard and Leslie Tucker are very knowledgable and helpful. Visit the Faye McMinn Genealogical Research Center in the Public Library.

Madeline Smith is our long time office volunteer. She is valuable to us in so many ways! She helps keep the process flowing in the office.

The Library added Overdrive eBooks and audio books to its collection in December as part of the Northeast Texas Libraries Digital Consortium. This project was made possible in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services Grant Number 475-15015 and the Texas State Library and Archives Commission.

Come to the library to learn!
