Spring: A Time of Rebirth

Ahh, spring break and the weather has been beautiful. Spring and "springtime" refer to the season, and broadly to ideas of rebirth, renewal and regrowth. New plant growth ‘springs forth’ giving the season its name. The early flowers are blooming, the trees are budding out, snow is melting up north causing streams and rivers to swell with runoff. Spring officially begins Sunday. What ‘springs forth’ within you during this change of season?
